Purchased items from Ltd... product, price, and delivery time were as expected. However, 10-12 days after the transaction was complete I received $1200 worth of fraudulent charges on my cc. The Ltd commodities I was dealing with has a phone number out of the Chicago Ill. area. Come to find out, all the fraudulent charges were made from the Chicago Ill. area. Coincidence?, maybe, but I don't think so. Pay close attention to any cc or account numbers you use for payment after all transactions are complete. Please be aware that's all. Read more

First off, those people getting Ripped-Off should do their homework first!! Why complaint when it was up to You as a customer to do your homework. Meaning: "Before purchasing why didn't YOU "evaluate" the service more?? Oh Yes! You didn't think of this. Right? It appears You did not. So whos fault is it that YOU lost??!! Right? I might add. I was about to invest in this company too... But,,, instead I went directly to the Complaint board on the computer to see "how many people are pissed-off". Too many! I purchased $500+ in orders in the last 6 weeks from LTD Commodities. Well, several of the prices have dropped. They would not refund me the difference in the prices. Also, a couple of items went up in price between ordering and shipping. They would do nothing about this either. Very POOR, POOR, POOR customer service. I even talked to a supervisor and they basically said too bad. I said I would ship it all back. But, of course I have to pay return shipping, what are they going to charge for that? This is the second time I've requested an invoice so I can clear up this order that I received late at christmas time. There was No invoice in my order when I received it and I cant pay unless I have an invoice So Please send one as you can tell I'm not very happy with your service. On a whim I ordered an item from LTD Commodities. The item itself is fine (not a high quality item but fine for what I needed) and it arrived relatively quickly. My issue is that LTDCommodities will NOT stop emailing me "offers" even after I've tried to unsubscribe multiple times. Every day, sometimes multiple times a day, I get sale emails, coupon emails, offer emails, etc. I've even changed my account profile to "no emails" and yet they still come. I ordered the My First Cooking Playset from LTD Commmodities. The set was advertised to include a coffee maker, an oven & 11 pieces of cookware. The item was on sale & the webpage gave detail descriptions of every items included in the set. When the order arrived 2 weeks later, only the coffee maker was included in the package. When I called, the customer support person told me the oven & cookware were sold out & that I should be told it was on backorder & now the item was no longer available. I was not told about the... They don't honor sale item after purchase regular price. They don't answer e-mails at all when requesting the price adjustments. Really don't care if they get new customers or keep old reliable customers. Still waiting for a response. It looks like I will have a long wait! Won't be ordering from this company. Will be spending my money who cares got there customers and have better customers service.
