LTD Commodities - Cancelled backorder w/o notification
I've been ordering from LTD for a few years. I've noticed that their items are almost always on backorder.
Well, recently I ordered an MP4 player which was on backorder for about two weeks, maybe longer. It says right on the page that they will notify you if your order was cancelled by email or postcard. So I checked my order three days ago and it said that it was cancelled. So far I recieved no notification.
Obviously I don't need one now, but that's not the point. This was a Christmas gift. Christmas could have come and went without me recieving the product. Now I have to look all over to find that darn player.
I HATE LTD!
Do they ever, NOT screw anything up?
