So, I ordered the items in July...This week (middle of September) one tiny box came. To Alaska, with UPS (took them 2 months to get here?!?) BUT LTD only had my po box, so they took the liberty to ship it via UPS anyway and see how will I get it! It took me half a day to get straight with UPS and the charge for a $9.00 item was $12.00.

I have several items waiting to be shipped (claimed to be shipped months ago!) and I just can't wait for UPS to call me again so I can pay even more for shipping!

Have ordered from LTD for the past 25 years and always consider the shipping costs when ordering something, will never order any furniture/large glass/heavier type items because of weight.  

 

I agree that sometimes their shipping is out of line with what it should be and have noticed over the past few years (especially since LTD and ABC "merged") that shipping costs are higher than what they should be and their billing/customer service department is definitely lacking in professionalism.  

 

Bottom line -- BUYER BEWARE!

Why doesn't the web site allow you to see if items you are ordering are in stock? This way you could wait and order these items when available. I wonder if LTD is in cahoots with UPS!
