I ordered on 6/22. Now, over one month later, my check has been cashed but I have yet to receive my merchandise.

When I check "order status" out of four items two are back ordered; one was shipped six days ago and one is being processed.

I suppose this means that I will be paying shipping charges on four seperate items.

I can guarantee that this is the last time I do business with LTD. I would think there is would be a statue against such practices.

With so many companies begging for people to spend their little extra if would be nice to be treated like a welcomed consumer.

I am trying to find out what happened to an order I placed on January 8, 2015. I ordered, on line,

Product #4870**-**RV Open Toe Support Hose $7.95.

I was told item was ready to be shipped on January 18, 2015. Then received a notice that item was out of stock, and that I could expect my order on January 28th. It is now January 31, 2015....and I have NOT received this order. Yesterday I received a notice from LTD, asking for a review of the product?!?!

Cannot review a product I have not received. WHERE is my order? If it is not going to be shipped...please let me know so I can order from a different source. Thank you.

The last two orders I received, I was charged $10 shipping for one item (the top w/necklace, and the other two items Sentiment bags 2 of them, I didn't get them althought it is listed on the . The previous order, I didn't receive the 2 sets of measuring spoons, or the 48 multi colored office folders or the threader for pulling elastic through pants, etc. Am I going to be billed again for postage when you do send them?

Missy it is now the general practise of LTD to place everything into as many boxes as humanly possible. and yes Tammy will be charged shipping on the last item.

they make their money on shipping costs which is why they dont do a total shipping cost when you order. I have just placed an order. 5 items sent in 4 boxes and 4 shipping charges. believe me they could have all been placed in one box as everything was fabric of some kind and nothing odd shaped.

last order they even sent a shower curtian seperate. They will say that they did not charge the shipping in the original order that has already been sent, and that is how they will charge again for shipping.

I ordered back in April, I got everything but one thing, I was to get NOW, but once again another backorder till Sept. What the *** is going on with this. :( Not Happy

you will not be charged for different shipping items...you made your purchase, you paid your shipping, and they couldn't put it all in one shipment. THEIR fault, not yours.
