Have ordered from LTD previously. The shipping is ridiculous..one item at a time. received wrong order today for Christmas, for gosh sakes. have 2 granddaughters who will be sad. Cost me $12.65 to send wrong order back. No way will the right color item be sent in time for Christmas. Have tried contacting by phone, on hold for 25 minutes. Tried on line, but was sent a response that it would be 2 or 3 business days for I hear anything. Have you every tried to cancel an order? that does go throughm no problem. I am pissed.

www.lakeside.com sells the same things that ltd commodities does and the shipping is very reasonable. I have been buy from them for about 2 years now and you don't have to be a company to order from them, they ship directly to your house. Happy Shopping!!
