I love LTD
I have purchased from LTD for several years and have had no problems. I purchase everything on the internet because I am disabled, their shipping charges are very reasonable. I purchase a lot of item for my two grandsons ages 2 and 4. The 4 year old is very interested in books of all kinds (especially animals). At all his birthday parties everyone always ask where I get such unique books for him (LTD). If something is out of stock, they notify me and issue a credit, no problem. I also enjoy all of the kitchen item, so unique. So far, I have never had a problem.

SLOW
I recently ordered something from LTD commintidies, and it usually it only takes a couple days to come in. Well this time I ordered something on the 17th and it is now the 25th and it just now being shipped from warehouse. They gave me no warning the items would be late its been a week that seven days, and standard shipping is 5 days. So im gong to call and place my complaint, and i will not be ordering frm them again, because the last time i ordered i received something that i wasn't the best quality. SLOW service!!!!

Almost killed my baby
i got my son "My first christmas present" he was 4 months. While the ginger bread mans icing decoration came off into his mouth.
Then 2 months later the star from the tree came off in his mouth.Luckly i was able to get it out before it got stuck in his throat. the star is about 1 1/2 inches so if it went down his throat we would not of gotten it out.
I called the company and they said they would call me back.Well i guess they don't care that their products almost kill babies. The product was for babies.

Lakeside Collections/abc Distributing & LTD Commodities = Same Company = Same Owners Just check out their websites it looks the same. They make money buy charging you shipping & handling. You order from them you support China and some third world ones too. You work for them you get s??? On, Your a vendor you do not get paid. Oracle doesn't even want to do business with them. So the right question is why should you? Take your business to companies that value there customers even if that requires you to support small businesses that care about customers there are a handful, save yourself.

LTD commodities broken lapdesk & angel ups
Recieved box yesterday, opened and lapdesk was broken (plastic) on corner. Box it came in was split on end corner. Evidently the lapdesk wasn't packaged correctly or ups was really hard on it. Also angel was cheaply made, not what the picture was. hinge was broken. I will not pay postage for this to send back. But expect LTD to do something about. I always have thought and bragged about their quality , but am very disappointed. I have a picture of the lapdesk broken and will have to glue in the piece that is broken. cracked & broken . very sad

Nobody no how to do their job
I purchased a loveseat cover was backordered several times then was informed it was discontinued then was emailed it would be sent after jan 1 so they told me if i didn't want to wait i could order another one so i did. Lo and behold the first one showed up before christmas. Then the other one showed up the next day. So I didn't accept the second one and was returned. Can't get my refund and they tried to get me to buy something else for $2.95. How rude!!! Where is my full refund at.

Just want too know? LTD Commodities
I just read the comments about LTD Commodities on how people are pissed. I have the Christmas 2011 catalog and i like most of the stuff that's in there. I want to order online from them for my daughters Christmas gifts this year. I don't want to spend a tone of money on gifts at a store. I just want to know should i go for it? because i don't want to just order then half or nothing ships to me. My daughter will think Santa forgot to give her gifts. I will be complain to ltd.

LTD Commodities_doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service
LTD Commodities doesn't know the meaning of customer service. They requested I prepay for my order and I did. The billing and shipping address was confirmed when the credit card information was provided. I was told my order was released and I confirmed in on their website. Two days later my order was put back on credit review and I had to reverify the billing and shipping address. I was ensured my order was released and I confirmed it later that day on their website. Needless to say, yesterday I checked the web and my order was back on credit review so I called and cancelled my order with Carol in the credit department. She told me my order was cancelled but when I called back to speak to customer service, my order had not been cancelled. I then spoke to Linda, supposedly she's a supervisor in their Credit department. She had to cancel my order because Carol apparently had not and she told me that she would call my credit card company to get the pending authorization removed. Don't trust anything they tell you!! They lie to get you off the phone. If any charges are billed to my credit card I will be seeking further action especially since I have both conversations recorded.

Did not get 2 M & M Super Size Mugs That were orered and no card saying you could not fill order
I made an order for 2 M & Ms Super Size Mugs sets and they were not in the order. I want to know if they are coming or not.I just want to get these things. And I want to know if the refund for theTeachers Travel Mug and the Octopus lighted bath toy. This is not good for people who place with you. I need these thing for gifts now I have to look for something else. Please let me know if it is taken care of. If not then it has to be taken of. please let hear.

LTD Ridiculous Shipping/Handling Charges
I was going to order the five piece Vintage Movie Popcorn Set for $9.95 until I saw the ridiculous shipping and handling charge of $5.95. I work with vendors all the time, and shipping charges are never more than 8% of the cost of the item. Charging 60% for shipping and handling is insane. I know there's a minimum shipping fee that you have to charge, but I've ordered from you before, and the handling charges always seem to be exhorbitant. Yes, the initial cost of the item is a good deal, but it's really a scam because you're recouping the discount on the handling charges.

The shipping charges are ridiculous. There is now an extra charge to order certain items, ON TOP OF THE REGULAR SHIPPING CHARGE. This will be the last time that I will order anything from ltd., after seeing this extra charge. Another thing is that they never fully describe the item. If it is made of wood they say that but when you get it you find out that it made of WOOD PARTICALS and is not worth the money you end up paying for it. It cost more to get their items, to you, after you pay for S&H then it does to just get it in the store. At least then you can see exactly what you are buying.Also, if you need to return it it does not cost you anything like with lid you not only have to pay for the first S&H but if it needs to go back (even if it comes broken) you have to pay for the return S&H. Absolutely absurd!!!!

No return e-mail
I have sent a e-mail about a return shipment on a item without any responce. I'm unable to locate a phone number so I can make a call, and would really like to get my Jacket that I sent back as a replacement. I believer it states that a return 3-mail would be in 24 hour, it has been three days. The items that I have gotten from this company have been satisfactory but this item was made small. Would really like to have this Christmas Jaket back to enjoy for the hollidays, or just a email letting me know when I should expect it.

Incompetent customer service
I ordered two sets of sheets from LTD. They shed worse than a dog and the fitted sheet kept popping off the bed. I complained and they sent paperwork and UPS label (after 3 calls) to return them. I got a notice by email that I had returned one set! I called LTD and they said whomever opened the package only credited me for one and sent another to me. I didn't want a replacement! Now, I have to wait until the replacement gets here to ask for another refund. You can hardly understand their customer service -sounds like they are in Cuba. I will never buy from LTD again.

Never got my orders
Hi my name is Shannon Crump. I never got what my packages. I payed for the product and never received the product. Very disappointed in this company. At first the company was okay but last two orders. I never received what I ordered. Which I want my money back. Payed a lot of money and got ripped off. Not good. I ordered six garden solar light stakes, with changing color bulb. Three bulbs came in one package. Never received. I would either get money back or send me my order and extras. I would not recommend this company to anybody I know. This company will rip you off.

I got to say that I was concerned ordering from this company but to my surprise the person who I talked on the phone was very very helpful and pleasant. I ordered 3 items they came in a timely matter. Not to mention they didn't substitute items. So I realize people do have bad experiences but we need to make a comment when someone does something right. I was so pleased that I am here to make further purchases from LTD Commodities. I hope everyone is pleased with their gifts so that they may become future customers of LTD Commodities. Roxie
