The nerve of them to sign me up whereas $14.95 per month is being taken from my credit card for their PERKS Program! What they're doing is illegal, and they need to be held accountable for their dirty deeds toward their customers!
In talking with them, they even have the audacity to imply that it is something you signed up for!!! The PERKS Department wants you talk to the Ordering Department and the Ordering Department wants you to talk to the PERKS Department about the origin of the charges. In other words, they simply want to bounce you around when you insist on real answers. They give you fake names about who you are speaking with and refuse to allow you to elevate your concern to someone above them!
They are taking a lot of money from a lot of people because I see all the other complaints where other customers have had the same experience. LTD obviously have no intentions of cleaning up their act. LTD literally abuse your credit card you've entrusted them with when making a purchase by sneaking around and signing you up for something you never approved and don't benefit from, all while they suck $14.95 a month from you! What it all boils down to is, THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF LYING, SNEAKY CROOKS WITH NO RESPECT OR REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! .

The hold put on my account fir a different amount than was stated at check out and was told because I ordered on my phone. I also have to continue as a guest I’ve purchased a lot of items.
I ordered set of 2 Novelty kitchen towels/ item # is 588269. 1HK3-Red color

I apparently joined LTD Perks by just placing an online order.
I placed an online order with LTD. Following the order I received an email confirmation of the order I had placed, and I received a second email from LTD Perks congratulating me for joining the perks program - WHICH
I HAD NOT JOINED.
I have no idea what that program is and according to the email my card will be charged $14.95 monthly. I DON'T even
have an LTD account, I always order as a guest because I rarely order
from LTD. I have tried 4 different times to get this cleared up to verify my
card will not be charged- spoken with 4 different reps. I understood with the first call it was too soon for him to find any information, he asked that I wait 24 hours.
As I did and the next rep was as helpful as she could be but could not assist me, so she was going to have a manager call me- which never happened. The last 2 calls on the 3rd day after the order was placed- those 2 reps were SO RUDE
I actually hung up on the 3rd rep and called again which once again I spoke to a rude rep. Make note at the end of the call she told me to have a Blessed day, which didn't follow up to her lousy attitude. They won't listen to the customer and continue to have me the customer repeat what I've just said.
The last rep said LTD Perks was not part of LTD and it did not matter to her if I shopped at LTD again. I said well I wonder what LTD
would think of that.
She said she did not work for LTD and it didn't matter.
Overall - LTD PERKS has a RUDE, LOUSY customer service. Make note
I asked to speak to a manager and was told that would not be possible.

I just learned that these thieves have been taking $14.95 from my debit card for months and months!!! WTH?!?!? I NEVER authorized that!!!
