Failure to pay our manufacturers .
We sold product to LTD for years. They used to be an honorable customer.
Now, under new ownership they refuse to pay any of our manufacturers. They wont even reply to our repeated requests for payment with a plan. Sr Management hides behind their employees, who told us their plan was to pay people before Christmas 2022, then after Christmas and now just that theyll see what they can do, and have done nothing . Weve begged them to pay one of our manufactures in particular who is a small family business with 2 young children enduring tremendous hardship as a direct result of their continued lack of even a dime of payment .
Despite over 10 requests , not one has resulted in even the smallest of payments
Ive seen new companies buy another, pay themselves big money, and then stiff their vendors, but Ive never seen any customer so heartless that they communicate nothing, other than they ll see what they can do. I dont know how these people sleep at night.

TRIED TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WINDOW AND…
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Less than an hour ago I purchased a set of deck and stair lighting from LTD Commodities LLC..
When I found a similar and better rated product I immediately contacted them to cancel my order, (LITERALLY 15 MINUTES LATER) I was told @ 8:30am, that the order had not entered into their system and to call them back in 20 minutes, and then they would be able to do so. I called them back at 9:00 am and was told that unfortunately, the product was already processed and they couldnt cancel the order or remove the purchase from my credit card. After repeatedly being told by this representative and then her supervisor I was told the same thing. When I made it clear that I would rescind the charge with my credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent, the supervisor ended the call by asking if there was anything else she could help me with.
I said sure, direct me to your review page! BEWARE OF THIS sneaky practice!

I followed the size guide lines and went by the statement that size medium would fit, but I ordered a size larger because the reviews from others that had ordered said "order one size larger".

Preferred solution: I just want to return the May 8th order without the postage charge because I will NOT open the package, just return it. For my ignorance, I will just give the order from April to Goodwill. Sonya

Refused to cancel order after it being placed 30 minutes prior
I called at 12:00 noon On 4/22/22 to place an order . After looking at the companies reviews , I called customer service to inquire about their warranty and return policy .
I wasnt too happy with what I was told . I immediately called to cancel the order ( within 30 minutes of placing the order )but the agent told me the order had already been processed and couldnt be refunded not until I received the order and returned it at a ridiculous charge . I asked to speak with a supervisor , but one was never connect and was told that one would be calling me soon .
Im still waiting !! I called my credit card company but they said the order had not processed yet and nothing could be done until the charge was processed fully .

As of January 6,2022 - no one from LTD has contacted! After about 30 attempts.
I gave up. And I will not buy from them again very rude
