First, let me say that I have ordered from LTD and I have been very pleased. I just looked up their website to order some towels and came across this complaint site and have been reading it.

Shame, shame, shame on people posting on it who do not spell correctly or do not use correct language! I see this incorrect spelling used in public all the time.

No wonder it is said that Japan is so much further ahead of the United States. I'm surprised that these people can even get a job, much less hold one.

What has become of America's society where correct spelling and language is not important!!!

I, too, happened upon this website and started reading comments. I, too, was taken aback by some errors in spelling, grammar, and inappropriate language.

However, I tend to think those writing do so with the intention of expressing dissatisfaction, disappointment, and even anger as consumers. Considering their emotional states, I daresay, spelling and grammar may have been furthest from their minds. Having said that, I thought the writer would appreciate a little editing of her writing, humbly accepting that none of us are perfect - not even the Japanese.

I suspect you were rather emotional, as well, forgetting your own good writing rules. In your first sentence, a comma should come before the conjunction, "and".

After that first period, there should be a space. In your second sentence, a comma should replace the first conjunction, "and".

In your last sentence, referring to "spelling and language" the correct verb should be "are".

Peace and love to you.

Your last paragraph is a question, which requires a question mark. I guess you are also part of the society which you find so disappointing .

REALLY, YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT SPELLING? YOU HAVE WAY TO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS LADY. GET A JOB, AND GET A LIFE.!

I have to agree with Pissed Customers. If you have a complaint and want to be taken SERIOUSLY, you should at least use correct spelling and language.

This way it doesn't look like you are just venting and you really mean business. LTD should also try and to accomodate the customer any way possible.

What in the world does proper English have to do with being able to order a product and getting good customer service?? I'm 63 years old, worked all my life, have a good education but spelling is not my strong suit nor should it have to be to make a purchase from anyone. Good customer service, is good business, that should be the focus of any complaint.

Pertubed and Sharon, I agree with you both, wholeheartedly!

:grin @ Anonymous's comment above. It would appear that your English isn't much better with all the run on sentences and such.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. That's what this site is about.

It isn't a site for English corrections by someone who doesn't speak English to begin with. LOL

Japan is ahead of us because they steal our ideas then modify them. Nothing original has ever come from Japan.

People don't care about spelling so you should just relax. OH BROTHER!!!!
