I find it hard to believe that when you have to return an item to Ltd, LLC., they make you pay to have the item shipped back. Even though you are paying the shipping charges on the statement that you receive.

I feel that when you return an item, you should be able to contact UPS have the item picked up and ONLY PAY SHIPPING for the items you keep.

If they are going to make you pay to send the item back, then they should credit your account for that charge. If you feel the same, please post your comments.

I feel the same way! Most companies don't make you pay to ship it back for a return.

I literally spent $9.26 to return a $25 item to LTD and they refused to even pay half. I know I'll never purchase a clothing item from them again.

I bought a jacket and had used the size chart and it was still super small. Spread the word so you or your friends don't get duped like I did.

I called today because of a broken item. I am being sent a new item, I will not have to return the broken one at all. I am very happy with this resolution.

I hate to tell you but that's the policy with just about every company in the world. As LTD has previously commented, give them a simple call and you'll get a free shipping return label to return your item. It takes alot longer to sit and moan and groan over a problem, than what it does to resolve it.

For 2,weeks I have called and called to try get a return label. I am put on hold and no one ever answers.

I have emailed 2 times and both times received an automated email that someone would be contacting me within 2 days. But no contact was made. I am not happy with LTD and doubt that I will ever buy from them again.

So buyers beware! I plan to unsubscribe to their emails.

I received an order with a defective item -- first time in many years of ordering from them. A simple phone call resolved the matter with no problem or hassles.

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products therefore we are glad to replace items which our customers are not happy with.

Our customers can give us a call at our customer service number (847) 295- 6058 Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm CST to request a prepaid return label. The UPS prepaid return label will either be emailed within 48 hours or mailed out within 5 to 7 business days.

A letter will be mailed with the postage paid return label that will include step by step instructions for our customers to follow.

If the return label is emailed, our customers will receive the electronic label and also an email with instructions on returning the merchandise.

Returns should be dropped off at the nearest UPS drop of location and letters should be included in the boxes so the returns are processed properly and our customers can receive a credit/replacement/exchange correctly.

If a customer decides to return an item without contacting us for the prepaid return label in most cases we will refund the shipping cost if the customer can provide us with proof of receipt of postage paid to return the item.

I just contacted customer service and was informed the return is at my own expense, this information is outdated.

I just called them and they sent me a return label so it must depend on what rep you get.
